How to Use the Registry

The registry allows users to search all meetings that members of Cabinet are having with external parties. Previously published on a quarterly basis in the form of a report, all meetings held will now be published in the searchable database on a monthly basis and will include:

  • Date the meeting was held;
  • Name of the Organization (if applicable);
  • Names of parties in attendance;
  • Lead Minister and any other Ministers who attended, and;
  • Type of meeting

Each meeting will be assigned a unique identification number when published. In the event an already published meeting requires a change due to an administrative error, the meeting will reflect an edit has occurred and the reason for the change (attendee not reported properly, spelling of name/organization, etc).
